Heroes (heroes.party) · last updated 22 October 2026What we keep
- Your sign-in. When you continue with Google, we ask Google only to confirm who you are. We keep the anonymous account number Google gives us, so you get the same characters back next time. We don't receive or keep your name, email address, contacts or anything else from your Google account. If you play as a guest, we keep a random guest number instead.
- Your game. Your characters and everything about them: names, levels, money, items, progress, friends, guild and party, mail, and the messages you send in the game's chat.
- Profile photos, if you upload one. We crop it to a small square and store that copy.
What we use it for
Only to run the game: to sign you in, save your progress, and show other players your characters, photos and chat messages. We don't show ads, don't use analytics or tracking, and don't sell or share your information.
Where it's kept
The game runs on a server operated by its developer. Game data and photos are stored in a hosted database, which only that server can reach. Traffic reaches the game through Cloudflare, which, like any network, sees connection details such as IP addresses. Sign-in is handled by Google.
Cookies and your browser
We set one short-lived cookie while you sign in with Google, to check that the sign-in you return from is the one you started. Your browser also keeps your sign-in and your settings (sound, effects) in its local storage. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Deleting your data
You can delete any of your characters in the game, from the character screen. That removes it and everything that belongs to it. To have your whole account removed, write to the support address shown on Google's sign-in screen for Heroes.
Children
Heroes isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page will show the new version and its date.
